Confirm service area
Use our interactive map or call engineering (ext. 301) to confirm your parcel is within our service boundary. We serve Clinton, Kaysville, Layton, South Weber, and West Point only.

Submit civil plans (PDF, min. 24×36) to engineering@davisweber.org. Allow 10 business days. Plans must show meter location, service size, backflow prevention, and air-vac placement per spec.

After plan approval and fee payment, schedule your inspection. All connections must be inspected by DWCCC staff. Connection appointments available Mon–Fri, 8:00a–3:00p.
